Role: Lead UX Designer
Problem: The eBay Partner Network portal struggled to retain users due to its outdated design and poor user experience. Additionally, it lacked alignment with the new eBay brand, leading to user mistrust. The project also faced tight deadlines, and the eBay team had no content available during the design phase, making it challenging to build.
Solution: I led the creation of a modular portal with both front-end and back-end components. This allowed the eBay team to easily build pages through an intuitive interface, ensuring brand alignment and improving usability.
